Who We Are

Oui are Esther Bernstein and Jude Quintiere and, of course, our wonderful staff.

We all share a commitment to quality cuisine, a love of entertaining and a dedication to creating a truly wonderful experience for our clients.

We also share a commitment to the goal of creating a healthy and strong community. Oui began operations in a borrowed kitchen at a Job Corps facility in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, where we taught culinary classes to Job Corps students, in addition to catering corporate, not-for-profit and private events. In 2007, Oui moved to permanent quarters in the Times Square, a historic hotel restored and redeveloped by Common Ground, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to ending homelessness, where we also provide catering services for the residents.

Oui are proud to be a part of the Common Ground family. We are also proud of our affiliations with Brooklyn Food Coalition, Women Chefs and Restaurateurs, Tasters Guild International, and the Slow Food movement.
